FanStar guarantees its software to perform as advertised. If for some reason the software does not live up to the level outlined on these pages, a full refund will honored upon request with these conditions:

1) FanStar Tech Support is allowed the opportunity to address any technical problem first and provide a remedy.
2) No refund will be honored if the users league goes defunct. We are not liable for the organization of the league.
